Your mood can quickly turn sour when you expect things to happen much quicker than they actually can. Take the time to dream up where you want to be in one, two, or five years.
What do you have to do to get there? Write that down. Have you been working on those things? If not, you'd better get going.
The time you take to make excuses is time you could be getting shit done. Go! Eventually you'll feel better.
